Good to know: I coordinate and supervise on your behalf as the owner. I am not a property manager, not a trade business and not an estate agent, and I give neither legal nor tax advice, including Italian law. For that I recommend professionals.
On site I am there for you myself, or a person we choose together. We agree in advance which appointments I take on personally. You always know beforehand who is coming, and I remain your fixed contact. Nobody goes into your apartment without your consent.
I do not carry out any work myself. You commission the tradespeople, or I collect quotes and you decide. Costs arise only with your approval, including for follow-up work.
