Guest care
For holiday apartments: guest changes, cleaning, laundry, guest registration. Whenever guests come, also in winter.
Winter inspection
Regular inspections, heating and water, damp, photo report. When the apartment is empty.
Year-round care
Guest changes and vacancy from one source, plus keys and tradespeople. A fixed framework, a fixed contact.

On site I am there for you myself, or a person we choose together. We agree in advance which appointments I take on personally. You always know beforehand who is coming, and I remain your fixed contact. Nobody goes into your apartment without your consent.
I give prices in writing after a short conversation. Year-round care typically starts at around €1,900 per year, net plus statutory VAT.
Who looks after your apartment in winter?
When your apartment is empty, I check on it regularly. Small defects are then noticed in autumn or winter, not only in spring.
Regular inspection
Inside and outside, monthly by agreement or after frost and storms.
Heating and water
Checking frost protection, pipes and meter readings before anything gets damaged.
Airing and condition
Keeping an eye on damp, mould, windows, shutters and locks.
Report and photos
Photo report after every inspection. I report anything unusual immediately.
I carry out the inspection on site myself, or a person I agree with you. When I am at the lake anyway, I do it in person. Winter inspection from €30 per visit, plus the person on site at cost if needed. All amounts are net, plus statutory VAT.
Good to know: I coordinate and supervise on your behalf as the owner. I am not a property manager, not a trade business and not an estate agent, and I give neither legal nor tax advice. For that I recommend professionals.
