Thorsten Aalderks – Founder of AT Business Coordination, the company behind the AT Services 24 brand. Since January 2026, I have been running my own business with a focus on structured owner-side coordination in Bavaria and Northern Italy.
Before founding the company, I spent almost seven years at Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) in Munich – one of the world's leading companies in currency technology. This was followed by almost two years as COO of boerse.de Group AG, responsible for operational management and organisational structure.
AT Services 24 was born from a simple observation: good service providers are everywhere – but the person who quietly holds everything together is almost always missing.
I saw this repeatedly over the years. Things get stuck, coordination drags on, everyone works in isolation. Not because the people involved do poor work – but because no one is holding the thread.
When I started out on my own in 2026, it was the logical consequence of exactly that experience. I take on the role that is missing in most projects: calm, structured, with a system.
