Are you looking for a property manager?
A classic property manager settles service charges, looks after tenants and manages owners associations. I do not do that.
Anyone who has a house or second home in Bavaria and is rarely there usually needs something else: someone who checks that all is well, lets tradespeople in and gets in touch before a small thing becomes damage. There is no good word for it, so many people search for "property management".
If you do need management in the legal sense, I will tell you openly in the first call. Then you have lost no time.
Good to know: I coordinate and supervise on your behalf as the owner. I am not a property manager, not a trade business and not an estate agent, and I give neither legal nor tax advice. For that I recommend professionals.
